At Home by Raiya we make understanding the needs of our clients our top priority. Starting by discussing your aims and objectives, we prioritize understanding how you want your home to look and how you’ll use each room. Through this conversation, we will gain insight into what you want to achieve and using our expertise, we can help you do just that. Here’s a breakdown of our process.
Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is designed to help us understand your preferences, budget and timeframe for your project. Here, we will discuss your requirements, reviewing your ideas and understanding your lifestyle (this will impact the type of design we create). After gaining an in-depth overview of your objectives, we will then proceed to the next stage.
Concept Board
Drawing from the information you’ve provided, we will begin to create a concept board. Here, we use our innovative 3D technology to create a design tailored to your preferences. We will create several different ideas for you to explore, modifying the one you love to finalize your design. We will then provide you with a fixed sum for your project.
Implementation
​After everything has been picked out and ordered, our experts will begin turning your dream home into a reality. We will begin working on the project, ensuring that we stay within your budget and timeframe. For larger projects involving the entire property, we advise staying elsewhere for the duration. Once completed, our team will show you the stunning changes we have made, and you can return to the home of your dreams.
